Our story

Founded by
a local family.

Our children grew up playing youth and high school sports right here. After years of coaching and mentoring, we realized our passion was bigger than the game.

We wanted a place where kids compete, make friends, build confidence and prepare for life beyond the field, surrounded by adults who are available and invested. What began as a recreational program now spans Recreational, Elite, National Travel and All-Girls flag, plus Panthers tackle.

Help kids compete. Help them belong. Help them grow. And prepare them for more than the next game.

What we believe

Six beliefs behind
every season.

We care about more than wins and trophies: confidence, friendships, character and growth.

01

Every player matters

Every athlete deserves the chance to play, improve, be challenged and feel valued.

02

Compete the right way

Compete hard while respecting teammates, coaches, opponents, officials and the game.

03

Practice. Patience. Persistence.

Growth takes time. Show up, work hard, learn from mistakes.

04

Competition creates growth

Stronger competition teaches players to prepare, adjust and handle pressure.

05

Lessons beyond the field

Teamwork, accountability, resilience and leadership carry into life.

06

Take pride in progress

Success looks different for every athlete. Celebrate how far you've come.

Joel Byrne Memorial

The JBM
Sportsmanship Award.

Every year we honor the way Joel approached sports and life: a good sport, an amazing person and a great teammate.

01

How it works

Coaches and staff choose final candidates in each division. They're recognized at the Super Bowl, where the award is presented.

02

What it honors

Respect for each other, fairness in competition and good sportsmanship: the values we most want to share.

03

Why it matters

To keep Joel's light shining bright, now and into the future.

More than flag football

A community
and a family.

We want players to remember the teammates they met, the coaches who believed in them, and the feeling of stepping on the field. Our greatest accomplishment is helping develop confident young people, ready for whatever comes next.
