Aim High Youth Sports Association (AHYSA) is entering one of our biggest and most exciting seasons yet. As our programs continue to grow across the DMV, we are expanding opportunities, divisions, and pathways for athletes at every level of competition from first-time players to national travel teams.
As an Official NFL FLAG affiliate, Aim High provides a premier football experience focused on skill development, confidence, leadership, and a lifelong love for the game. Our mission goes beyond the field—we are committed to building strong athletes, leaders, and individuals within both our association and the community.

League Details – House (Recreational) Divisions
Divisions based on grade level. Some divisions may be split into A & B for balanced competition.
Mini Pro: Kindergarten / 1st Grade
Little Pros: 2nd / 3rd Grade
Junior Pros: 4th / 5th Grade
Pros: 6th Grade
Senior Pros: 7th / 8th Grade

Elite Flag Football – Competitive Play
Aim High Elite League is designed for athletes seeking a higher level of competition and for teams that want to come together.
Elite Divisions (Age-Based):
2nd / 3rd Grade
4th / 5th Grade
6th Grade
7th / 8th Grade
Friday Night Lights
Select Elite divisions will play on Friday nights, with final age groups confirmed once field permits are finalized.
National Travel Teams & Advanced Pathways
Aim High is home to national-level teams competing in premier circuits and tournaments including NFL FLAG Regionals, Flag Football for Life, Disney, USA Flag, and more.
With over 50 tournament wins and 3 National Championships, our program continues to expand these opportunities to more athletes each season.
